We came up with 4 production companies to choose from to ultimately choose one for our coursework that suits us best.

Twisted Pictures was one of our choices because they produce films of the horror genre.

We thought this company would be somewhat appropriate due to films like:

Saw (Trilogy)

Texas Chainsaw (3D)

Dead Silence

Mothers Day

Catch Hell

We decided not to use this company as they mostly produce films of the supernatural and slasher genre.

Blum House Productions was another one of our choices because they produce films of the horror genre.

The Purge

Again this production company mostly produces films of the supernatural and masked killer genre, so we decided not to use them because they don’t fit with our genre.

Dark Castle Entertainment was another considered production company.

Many of the Films they produced are psychological thrillers and we thought that would be appropriate as our opening was one too.
